A leading life sciences data analytics team was facing mounting challenges in managing competing internal priorities. Without a strong project management foundation, they struggled to balance responsiveness with the structure needed to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
SOLUTION
To address these challenges, CMK Select partnered with the client to identify the root causes of inefficiency and design a tailored solution. After conducting in-depth interviews with key internal stakeholders, CMK developed a customized project management training program focused on strengthening both technical and interpersonal capabilities. The program combined core project management theory to create a shared foundation, scenario-based discussions drawn from the team’s real-world challenges, and interactive role-playing exercises to build essential soft skills such as negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
