    Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree (PharmD) with 10+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting.
    • Background specific to Promotional Medical Content Review for Neuromuscular products and assets
    • Experience serving as a subject matter expert in disease state, drug information and clinical trial data across launch and post-launch stages
    • Medical Affairs experience specialized in neuromuscular diseases (ie. ALS, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy/MD, Myasthenia Gravis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA))
    • Industry Insight: Ability to interpret life sciences trends and translate them into actionable strategies that drive impact and growth.
    • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences, including scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders.
    • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement, with demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives.

    This is a full-time position with a remote work schedule.  Candidates must be based in East Coast or Central Time zone geographies.

    The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $155,000 USD, which may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

    The Senior Associate, Medical Affairs will drive cross-functional planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs initiatives.     Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research Process & Documentation Support
    • Support end?to?end administrative execution of primary market research activities in alignment with the Market Research SOP, including project set?up, document tracking, and close?out activities.
    • Maintain accurate and complete study documentation in Research Reporter (and PIMs where applicable), including Statements of Work, approvals, final deliverables, and archiving requirements.
    • Assist with coordination of required reviews (legal, medical, compliance, safety) by tracking status, follow?ups, and version control
    Vendor & Operational Coordination
    • Support vendor onboarding and study readiness activities (e.g., confirming access, documentation completeness, and required training confirmations). [
    • Track purchase order and contracting milestones in coordination with Procurement and Research Reporter workflows.
    Data Governance & Privacy Enablement
    • Assist Market Research Directors in preparing and organizing documentation required for Data Use Reviews, including data flow descriptions, third?party data usage confirmations, and retention documentation.
    • Track approval status and ensure governance artifacts are stored and referenced appropriately for audits or follow?up questions.
    AI Governance Administrative Support
    • Support the administrative submission and tracking of AI?enabled market research use cases (e.g., concept testing, analytics, automation) through the AI Governance intake and review process.
    • Maintain logs of AI governance approvals, conditions, and version updates to ensure continued compliance over time.
    Compliance & Readiness
    • Assist with audit readiness by ensuring SOP?required documentation is complete, retrievable, and consistently labeled.
    • Help standardize templates, trackers, and operating checklists to reduce administrative burden on Market Research leadership.
