Despite strong technical comfort levels, only 59–64% of the team were actively using AI tools. They needed more than generic training – they needed a practical, role-specific approach to AI enablement that would drive measurable impact in their day-to-day work.

SOLUTION

CMK Select implemented a tailored 90-day AI Enablement Program focused on clarity, usability, and measurable outcomes for pharma field teams. The program began with an assessment and discovery phase, where each team member completed an AI maturity assessment to identify individual skill levels and pain points.
