Senior Associate, Publications Manager, Oncology
Publications ManagerAs a Senior Associate at CMK Select, you will play a key role in shaping strategies, tackling complex challenges, and driving meaningful progress for clients within the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities:- Drive Impactful Initiatives: Design and execute strategic programs that address complex challenges in the life sciences space, leveraging your expertise to create measurable, meaningful outcomes.
- Program Oversight & Risk Management: Lead programs or multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, resolving obstacles, and ensuring successful results. Act as a reliable point of guidance for teams and stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Contribute to CMK Select’s intellectual capital, develop new approaches, share expertise, and strengthen the firm’s influence in the industry.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody CMK Select’s values in all interactions, internally and externally. Serve as a trusted example for professional conduct and collaborative leadership in client engagements and industry interactions.

Qualifications:- Advanced Degree: PharmD or PhD required
- Background specific to Oncology Publications Management (solid tumor preferred)
- Expertise in developing, managing and disseminating Global publications plans and executing publications including Clinical, HEOR/RWE, PKPD and disease state
- Experience interpreting statistical analyses and developing scientific narrative and lexicon
- Industry Insight: Ability to interpret life sciences trends and translate them into actionable strategies that drive impact and growth.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences, including scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement, with demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position with a remote work schedule, based on an East Coast time zone. The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $170,000 USD, which may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting. An advanced degree (MS, MBA) is preferred
- Experience leading the tactical execution of new product / new indication launches for branded RX products
- Launch plan development: building and managing comprehensive cross-functional project plans that monitor & track the progress of critical activities related to the overall integrated product strategy
- Meeting excellence acumen: meeting facilitation & support for recurring project reviews and decisions
- Material Approval Process experience, coordinating the MRL submission, approval and follow-through process for impacted teams and external agency partners (tactic timeline management)
- Ability to maintain a strategic overview while functioning at the tactical/execution level
- Extensive experience managing complex programs and multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.
