Jaime Patterson leads the firm’s strategic direction, guiding its vision, growth, and market positioning while playing a central role in shaping its go-to-market strategy and cultivating long-term partnerships across the pharmaceutical industry. With over 25 years of experience in professional services, including over 15 years partnering with top pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Novartis, Jaime brings deep expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership. Her financial and operational strategy background, combined with a sharp understanding of organizational structure, allows her to drive complex programs with clarity and focus. Under her leadership, CMK has expanded its client base, strengthened brand recognition, and delivered measurable, value-driven solutions. Known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and motivational presence, Jaime is pivotal in building high-performing teams and delivering lasting client impact.

In My Free Time
Life at home is full and fast-paced—my husband, two teenage sons, and three small dogs keep me on my toes. I make time for Pilates to stay strong and focused and treat every quiet moment as a chance to reset and refocus. Free time is rare, but I use it to stay sharp, maintain perspective, and keep things progressing with purpose. For me, balance isn’t about slowing down—it’s about staying focused, sustaining forward motion, and never losing clarity.

Kirk T. Dackow

Vice President, Consulting Delivery
& Operations

Kirk T. Dackow leads the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of CMK’s delivery services, overseeing client engagements across various strategic initiatives. He manages cross-functional consulting teams and delivery operations, ensuring quality across the engagement lifecycle while guiding resource planning, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. With deep expertise in establishing and evolving PMOs within the life sciences industry, Kirk has supported global organizations through transformation, integration, and realignment. He also launched a Community of Practice within the IT function of one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to foster knowledge sharing and improve project delivery. In addition, he has developed and implemented managed services in project management, change management, financial oversight, and portfolio planning.

In My Free Time
I hold a design patent for a handheld ice cream cone that combines toppings and ice cream. I enjoy spending time with my wife, two sons, and Labrador, Kelly. I’m also an avid woodturner and a founding member of the Continuo Arts Foundation, a nonprofit that supports global communities through music.
