Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate at CMK Select, you will play a key role in shaping strategies, tackling complex challenges, and driving meaningful progress for clients within the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Impactful Initiatives: Design and execute strategic programs that address complex challenges in the life sciences space, leveraging your expertise to create measurable, meaningful outcomes.
• Program Oversight & Risk Management: Lead programs or multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, resolving obstacles, and ensuring successful results. Act as a reliable point of guidance for teams and stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership & Innovation: Contribute to CMK Select’s intellectual capital, develop new approaches, share expertise, and strengthen the firm’s influence in the industry.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody CMK Select’s values in all interactions, internally and externally.  Serve as a trusted example for professional conduct and collaborative leadership in client engagements and industry interactions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships across teams and external partners. Ensure alignment, trust, and outcomes that exceed expectations.
• Collaborative Impact: Partner across the firm to influence initiatives, share best practices, and drive collective success.
• Growth Enablement & Strategic Networking: Proactively seek opportunities to expand CMK Select’s impact, identifying where our services can create value.  Build and maintain strategic professional relationships that support long-term growth, visibility and influence.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting.  An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) is preferred
• Background specific to:
  • Team Operations/Operations Management: operational management, team coordination, documentation & governance
  • Scaling Infrastructure:  creating operating standards, formalizing team processes, developing onboarding models and building repeatable frameworks
  • Meeting/Engagement Planning
  • Leadership Enablement:  removing operational burdens from the Senior Lead, allowing them to shift focus to AI innovation, strategic initiatives and transformation activities
• Ability to create operational maturity
• Extensive experience managing complex programs and multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.
• Industry Insight: Ability to interpret life sciences trends and translate them into actionable strategies that drive impact and growth.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences, including scientific, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement, with demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Additional Information
This is a salaried engagement with a remote work schedule supporting a NY-based team.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $165,000 USD, which may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
